Experience

I have enjoyed many teaching opportunities at the University of Victoria, and gathered significant feedback from my students via course experience surveys (CES) and from colleagues (in formal teaching observation letters) in the process.

Teaching Materials

I have designed a course for second-year university undergraduates at University of Victoria, called EOS 266: Evolution of the Earth System. This course introduces students to Earth’s history through the lens of the geologic record and dynamic feedback systems, and in the process further develop their writing, coding, project development, and presentation skill sets.

I have made parts of the course design document available, and will gladly provide the full document to certain parties upon request. If interested, please reach out via my contacts page.
